Helldivers 2 Strain Culling Not Working Counting Charger Tracker

Helldivers 2 Strain Culling Not Counting: Charger Tracker Not Working

The Helldivers 2 Strain Culling Order tasks you with finding and killing three Chargers during a mission. Unfortunately, for some players, the tracker isn’t counting Charger kills. Since it’s not working, they cannot complete the Strain Culling Order.

Why aren’t Charger kills counting for Helldivers 2 Strain Culling Order?

One problem you may be facing when trying to complete the Strain Culling order in Helldivers 2 is that Chargers aren’t appearing. You won’t find these on Trivial or Easy difficulties. Instead, you must play on Medium or above for these tougher monsters to spawn. Suppose you want to ensure that plenty of them appear to complete the order. In that case, we recommend playing on Challenging or above difficulty, where they’re much more common.

Unfortunately, sometimes killing Chargers doesn’t count in the tracker. This issue is inconsistent; sometimes, you’ll have one or two count, and no more will register. Obviously, this is frustrating as you’ll never be able to complete the order.

It seems as though this issue is a glitch caused by server instability. It’ll likely improve or disappear soon, but until then, we offer this advice:

As stated above, if you want the best chance to complete the Strain Culling Order in Helldivers 2, you should play on the highest difficulty possible. Chargers start spawning as regular enemies on Challenging, and you’ll see even more of them on Hard, Extreme, Suicide Mission, Impossible, and Helldive.

How to kill Chargers in Helldivers 2

Chargers are a pain in Helldivers 2 since they’re heavily armored in the front. Their glowing weak point is located on their backs, but it can be challenging to flank them.

You can blow off Charger’s armor with explosive weapons, and some others, like the Anti-Material Rifle, can pierce through it. So, it’s wise to keep one of these with you so you don’t have to worry about trying to their rear if you’re in a sticky situation.
